Tracing

UICS offers two types of tracing services:  Debtor tracing, for attorneys with a debt collections practice and the credit control function of financial service providers and Third party tracing, for the recoveries function of insurers. One application is specifically designed for the recoveries function of the insurers of motor vehicle related risk.

Motor Claims

When you've suffered form the trauma of a Hi-Jacking or Vehicle Theft, a loss assessor will be your best friend. We will document everything, to ensure you get all that you are entitled to from the insurers and finally to make certain that your property is taken care of as quickly as is feasible.

Fire Insurance Claims

The effects of a fire can be one of the most destructive forces most people are likely to encounter. In the event of a fire related claim you will need a professional assessor to help you with the evaluation of the insured damage and so that we can represent your interests at the first meeting with the insurance company’s Loss Adjuster.

Flood

Flooding, whether it is due to a fractured pipe, flash floods or a burst water main is very destructive and can render your home uninhabitable.  We will make sure that the emergency works (stripping out) are undertaken without delay and that the drying out of your property is undertaken in the correct manner as, in some cases, if the property is not dried out correctly then this can cause far more damage to your property than what the flood has already caused.

Burglary

When you have been burgled and you discover that someone has violated the privacy of your home, it is always very distressing.  Your insurance company will send a loss adjuster to investigate the circumstances surrounding your claim.

Subsidence

Subsidence at your home can be catastrophic and put at risk most valuable asset. Before the insurance company will accept your claim, there will need to be extensive site investigations such as trial holes, soil tests, drainage tests and monitoring that can go on for months or even years. Throughout this period, you have to endure the distress of seeing your home literally falling apart around you.

Water Damage

Water damage at your home can be extremely inconvenient in all sorts of ways. As soon as the safety aspects are dealt with, the most important thing is to try and return your life to normal at the earliest possible opportunity. This is where we come in.
